What are the types of silicone?

Silica gel: also called silicone rubber, is a highly active adsorbent material, which is an amorphous substance with the chemical formula mSiO2-nH2O. insoluble in water and any solvent, non-toxic and tasteless, chemically stable and does not react with any substance except strong alkali and hydrofluoric acid.
According to its nature and components, silica gel can be divided into two categories: organic silica gel and inorganic silica gel.
1、Organic silica gel is a kind of organic silicon compound. Silicone is mainly divided into four categories: silicone rubber, silicone resin, silicone oil and silane coupling agent.
　2、Inorganic silica gel is divided into: large pore silica gel, coarse pore silica gel, B-type silica gel, and fine pore silica gel according to its pore size.
